HOW TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS
Please send us an email: [email protected] and specify the hotel, room type, data in and data out. Your room is guaranteed only after payment for the entire period of accommodation.
The accommodation will be paid to Eventer.Net account: RO34 BACX 0000 0011 0946 0000, opened at UniCredit Bank Iasi. VAT number: RO 26964360. Please specify “For NCS 2024 – Accommodation, Hotel …”.
All bank charges will be made by the payer. Please make sure that the amount to be collected by the congress operator is exactly the equivalent of the accommodation fee.

Reservation confirmation
The confirmation of your reservation will be made by e-mail, only after the proof of payment for the entire period of accommodation will be received by event operator.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only by e-mail or written notification to the address of the congress operator. Until April 10th, 95% of the amount paid will be refunded, nothing later.

ANDA HOTEL 4*

The ANDA Hotel – renovated in 2023 with a modern design – is located in the center of Sinaia, very close to the main points of interest in the resort: the museum and Știrbey Park, the cable car, Casino Sinaia, Ghica Park, and the shopping area. Access to the hotel is very easy from the national road, and the parking lot has a capacity of 25 spaces.
